Before you start.

I'm completely new. Is that okay?

It's who I work with most. We start where you are, build the basics properly, and never rush load over form.

What if I have an old injury?

We program around it. Tell me everything on our first call and I'll build training that respects it, in coordination with your physio if you have one.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. Plenty of people start in-person to build confidence, then move to hybrid or online as they find their footing.
